Community Engagement Core

The Community Engagement Core (CEC) aims to develop and apply strategies for catalyzing the co-creation of REACH Center research projects and study outputs in support of policy decision-making and implementation. CEC engagement will build capacity for REACH investigators to collaborate with community constituencies that can use the research to advance health-protective solutions.

Core Services

• Create teams that bridge researchers and end-users
• Advance scientific literacy and awareness of health-protective solutions for climate-sensitive risk factors through communication and outreach strategy support
• Conduct community engagement evaluative assessments for REACH-funded research project teams
